Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Santa Rosa , California.
The Club dates to 1914. However the Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club golf course at its current location first opened for play in 1958. The course was designed by Jack Fleming and Ben Harmon. Robert Trent Jones Jr. redesigned the course in 1979 followed by Fred Bliss in 1991.
This is an established course with mature trees lining the fairways. The layout is good coupled with great maintenance making the course an enjoyable play.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6,668 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5,152 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 11, a par-5 that plays to 579 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 6, a par-3 that plays to 141 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 3, a 436 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 17, a 180 yard par-3.

Plays long. Holes are fairly unremarkable back and forth though not easy. Pretty wide fairways. Doesn't drain well so soggy in winter but they are in process of sand capping the fairways.
